A BPA is not a contract and does not obligate funds. Rather, it establishes the terms and conditions under which authorized government personnel may place calls for services. Only companies with proven capability and specialization in these services are encouraged to submit an offer. Interested parties are required to download the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and submit their pricing information via email to Procurement_Box7@state.gov, ensuring that the email subject line references BPA I.D. #19UK5626A0006.
