The position is full time, 0800 to 1600 each day, Monday through Friday. There is a position incumbent who will be covered under Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) law. The contractor will be required to provide/manage the following services with all attendant administration: Daily cooking and serving of three daily meals for approximately 14 people Cleaning of kitchen, all dishes and appliances after each meal The incumbent has been security cleared by the U.S. Embassy and any employee of the contractor providing services including Holiday or Sick cover will require U.S. Embassy security clearance as well. Security clearance can take approximately thirty days and so must be initiated in advance of the contractor commencing the contract. Only companies specializing in this field should provide a quotation. When responding to this solicitation, the Contractor must certify that: they are in compliance in all respects with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws, and agree that such certification is material to the government’s payment decisions for purposes of section 31 USC 3729(b)(4) (False Claims Act); and they do not operate any programs promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion that violate any applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws. Is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over USD $30,000 to register on a website called “SAM – System for Award Management” at www.sam.gov.
