## Description

The U.S. Embassy London has a requirement for Mobile Telephone Services. The Contractor shall provide mobile telephone services to the Embassy of the United States of America in London, RAF Croughton and US Consulates Generals in Belfast and Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Costs shall include all labor, materials, insurance, overhead, and profit. The anticipated performance period is one (1) Base Year with four (4) Option Years, which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the U.S. Government.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to establish a single indefinite quantity contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered utilizing FAR 13 Comparative Evaluation. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

The resultant contract(s) will be firm fixed price type contract(s). The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference are in the solicitation document. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.

Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
