## Description

Pursuant to pre-solicitation number 19UK5624Q0053/V, please find attached the Request for Quotation (RFQ) package for the procurement of a new government vehicle in accordance with the attached vehicle specifications. Should you intend to respond to this RFQ, you are permitted to submit a maximum of two (2) offers: one for a factory-build vehicle that matches all specifications, and one for an acceptably similar in-country/forecourt vehicle that could be delivered more expeditiously.

Submissions exceeding these two (2) offers will not be considered for evaluation. Bids must be submitted electronically to Procurement_Box7@state.gov no later than 1700 BST on Friday, August 23, 2024. Your bid must include the following:

A completed copy of the attached SF-18 form (highlighted sections for completion). If offering an acceptably similar in-country/forecourt vehicle, include a separate completed SF-18 form. A comprehensive specification of the offered vehicle(s) to facilitate technical evaluation by the Embassy’s requesting office. Pricing information – only firm fixed prices will be accepted.

When responding to this solicitation, the Contractor must certify that: they are in compliance in all respects with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws, and agree that such certification is material to the government’s payment decisions for purposes of section 31 USC 3729(b)(4) (False Claims Act); and they do not operate any programs promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion that violate any applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws.

Please note that registration in the U.S. Government’s System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov is mandatory for all overseas awards exceeding $30,000. A summary and walkthrough document have been provided for your convenience. Registration in SAM is free, but the process may take several weeks. Therefore, if your bid is priced at $30,000 or more, you are encouraged to register in advance to avoid any potential delays.

All inquiries regarding this RFQ must be submitted via email to Procurement_Box7@state.gov by 17:00 BST on August 13, 2024. The Embassy will provide written responses to all inquiries, which will be distributed anonymously to all registered bidders.
