14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)

**Purpose:** This amendment hereby postpones the virtual pre-proposal conference and extends the proposal submission deadline. All prospective offerors are advised of the following revised dates and instructions:

**1. Pre-Proposal Conference:** A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on July 8, 2026, at 1600 hrs. (East Africa Time) via Microsoft Teams. To join the meeting use the link below:

Effect on Remaining Terms and Conditions All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between this amendment and the original solicitation, the terms of this amendment shall govern and take precedence.
