## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to allow offerors ample time to consider the questions and answers posted. Bidders are allowed to withdraw their submitted bid and replace it with a revised bid that aligns with the questions and answers. The solicitation is reopened and extended until July 03, 2025 at 3:00pm local time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
