## Description

The U.S. Consulate General Istanbul is seeking qualified contractors to provide materials and services for the installation and replacement of the engine on our 92-year-old motor yacht, "Hiawatha." This pre-solicitation notice is issued to inform potential vendors of the upcoming solicitation and to solicit expressions of interest. All interested sellers shall review this RFQ and offer engine brand Cummins, John Deere or Yanmar 250HP-400HP in accordance with the specification provided in this document.
