**Answer:** Yes. Quoters are required to submit physical samples consisting of one complete suit set and one long-sleeve shirt, together with fabric swatches and available color cards, by the quotation deadline.

3. Whether a U.S.-registered prime contractor may use a qualified Turkish manufacturer or subcontractor Answer: Yes. A U.S.-registered prime contractor may use a qualified Turkish manufacturer or subcontractor, provided the subcontractor is properly authorized to operate and perform in Türkiye and complies with applicable contractual requirements.
