\n\nThis cancellation is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses 52.212-1 and 52.212-4 and is made for the convenience of the Government. Following a thorough review of the procurement circumstances and market responses, the Government has determined that cancellation of the solicitation is in its best interest at this time.
