Performance includes approved setup activities on September 8, 2026, and reception service on September 9, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., followed by cleanup and removal in accordance with the contract. Three quotations were received in response to the request for quotations. Following the technical evaluation and conducted exchanges, two quotations were determined technically acceptable.
