If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the email address indicated on the SF-1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest evaluated price (LPTA). Only offers from manufacturers, manufacturer-authorized distributors/resellers, or prime contractors that will source the vehicle from authorized distributors/sellers — with full manufacturer warranty, servicing, and parts availability in Türkiye — will be considered; offers must include proof of authorization and warranty validity in Türkiye. The Government intends to make award based on initial quotations without discussions; however, we reserve the right to conduct discussions if determined necessary.
