## Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Ankara, Türkiye will publicize the solicitation on the SAM.gov website once it is available. The U.S. Embassy Ankara anticipates issuing a solicitation for the acquisition of Apple iPhone smartphones (brand name or equal) for official U.S. Government use at Mission Türkiye.

Devices must be legally imported into Türkiye and comply with all Turkish legal and regulatory requirements, including International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) registration with the Bilgi Teknolojileri ve ?leti?im Kurumu (BTK — Information and Communication Technologies Authority of Türkiye).

The offeror must be an authorized Apple reseller in Türkiye, capable of enrolling the devices into Apple Business Manager (ABM) prior to delivery, for full compatibility with the Embassy’s mobile device management (MDM) system. A minimum 2-year Apple Türkiye warranty is required. Only new, original equipment will be accepted; refurbished, remanufactured, grey-market, or otherwise unauthorized devices will not be considered. Delivery will be required to Embassy Ankara.

Full technical specifications and submission instructions will be provided in the forthcoming Request for Quotations (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please note that the response date in this synopsis is not final; the actual deadline will be specified in the forthcoming RFQ.
