## Description

**Dear Prospective Offeror:** The U.S. Consulate Adana invites you to submit a quotation for Acquisition of MSG Passenger Van Replacement for the U.S. Consulate Adana. For a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the information as required in Section 3 of the Solicitation. The U.S. Consulate Adana intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. A site visit and pre-proposal conference will not be held. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation via email to Adana-Procurement@state.gov before 12:00 hours on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026. No questions will be accepted after this date and time.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Adana-Procurement@state.gov before 12:00 hours on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026. No quotations will be accepted after this date and time.
