The U.S. Consulate Adana, Türkiye will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. No paper copies will be mailed. The contractor is required to provide MSG Detachment Cook Services for U.S. Consulate Adana. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The responsible source shall be located or have a Türkiye Branch Office located in Türkiye. The prices shall include all labor, materials and equipment, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of monthly services upon receipt of a proper invoice. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract. The Government is not planning a site-visit and pre-quotation conference.
