Contractor must have been in business for at least five years. The Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) will require proof of Contractor's involvement in tree service work. As service is to be performed within Timor-Leste, submissions lacking proper equipment definitions (including local rental sources) will be deemed technically unacceptable.
