## Description

Request for Proposals (RFP) for 19TC1225R0005 – Fabrication, Supply, Assembly and Installation of Mezzanine Floor in SPX at U.S. Consulate General, Dubai-UAE. A site survey will be held at U.S. Consulate General, Dubai at 10:00 AM (local time) on Tuesday April 15, 2025. Interested bidders shall provide following details of their representative to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov by 11:00 AM (local time) Friday April 11, 2025. Copy of Emirates ID Name of Company Copy of Company’s Trade License (indicating the company has the necessary activity listed to perform the work)

**Note:** Attendance is limited to only two persons per company. Last date of receipt of the questions is 11:00 AM (local time) on Friday, April 18, 2025. Proposals are due by 03:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday April 30, 2025. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
