The proposed project is a full renovation, including replacement of existing finishes or upgrade of existing finishes, and remodel of existing bathroom and toilet room and reconfiguration of space to create an additional new bathroom at the residence. Only companies specializing in this field of work with valid local permits and experience should apply for a solicitation package. The issuance of the solicitation package is anticipated to be on 22nd April, 2025 and will be posted on SAM.gov.
