## Description

The U.S. Embassy Stockholm and Overseas Building Operations [OBO] has a requirement to replace the existing roofs of Jupitervagen 12A Residence and adjacent garage. The two-story residence was constructed with a 185 square meter steep slope and dormer roof of cement tile slate on wood decking. The one-story garage has a 64 square meter roof of matching cement tile.
