## Description

**Amendment 0001 to RFP 19SN1026R0007:** Section L – Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors is hereby amended to revise the site visit and pre-proposal conference date and time from February 13, 2026, 1030 hrs to February 24, 2026, 1030 hrs. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning SF30 or by acknowledgment in their proposal submission. Failure to acknowledge may render the offeror ineligible for award.
