The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract or purchase order to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation. The Government may make award based on initial quotations without discussions. The solicitation will include the vehicle specifications, delivery requirements, quotation submission instructions, evaluation criteria, and applicable contract terms and conditions. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted on SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for the solicitation and any amendments. SAM Registration Quoters must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov when submitting a quotation and must remain registered through contract award and payment, unless an exception applies under FAR 4.1102.
