The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. SAM Registration Requirement: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a quotation in accordance with FAR 52.204-7. Interested vendors are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp Legal and Regulatory Requirements: Performance of this contract will take place in Singapore. Prospective vendors must possess all required local licenses, permits, and authorizations to operate legally in Singapore.
