The Embassy of the United States in Singapore will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore has a requirement for termites control preventive services at the U.S. Embassy warehouse. The anticipated performance period is September 1, 2024-August 31, 2025, with four (4) one-year options to renew. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type-contract. The Government will hold a site visit and the date will be listed in the solicitation. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
