The Embassy of the United States in Singapore will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore has a requirement for insurance coverage and management of the related services for all the U.S. Government owned official vehicles located in Singapore. The anticipated performance period is June 1, 2024-May 31, 2025. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type-contract. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp The Government may hold a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation if one is held. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
