## Description

The Embassy of the United States in Dakar, SENEGAL has a requirement for Gardening and landscaping Services for official government properties All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal: Be a suitably qualified contractor with no less than 05 (five-years) of relevant experience in providing Grounds-keeping/Landscaping services.

1.Be able to understand written and spoken English. 2.Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing. 3.Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work. 4.Have all licenses and permits required by local law. 5.Meet all local insurance requirements. 6.Have good experience and past performance records.

The intention is to award a firm-fixed price agreement to the qualified vendor who meets the minimum requirements identified above and is the lowest priced of all technically acceptable offers. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.

All contractors must be registered in the U.S Government’s System for Award Management (SAM) Databas at time of proposal submission pursuant to the U.S Federal Acquisition regulation (FAR) provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are highly encouraged to register and/or update any lapse in registration at www.SAM.gov immediately if interested in submitting an offer to this upcoming solicitation. Any offeror not registered at time of proposal submission is subject to immediate disqualification.
