A mandatory pre-quotation conference and site visit will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 10:00 (SAST) at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town. Vendors are specifically advised to carefully review the cover letter contained in the attached solicitation package for the mandatory site visit access requirements, including the attendee and vehicle information that must be submitted by the stated deadline. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in denial of access to the pre-quotation conference and site visit. Quotations must be submitted electronically to capetown_quotation@state.gov no later than Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 15:00 (SAST).
