Submission, pricing, evaluation criteria, forms, and instructions are provided in the Solicitation Document (SF-1449 Package). A site visit will be held on the date indicated in the solicitation. Offerors must follow all instructions and submit a complete quotation package by the deadline stated in the solicitation.
