## Description

The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, seeks qualified electrical contractors to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the provision of general electrical services. The BPA will cover routine electrical maintenance, emergency repairs, circuit diagnostics, installation work, and related services at U.S. Government facilities in Cape Town. The Government intends to establish one or more BPAs with qualified vendors to meet recurring needs on an as-needed basis. This is not a contract; rather, it is an agreement to provide services under specified terms and conditions when requested by the Government through BPA Calls.

**Submission Instructions:** Quoters must submit the following:

Completed SF-1449, with all applicable blocks filled and signed Company name entered on Page 2 of the BPA (next to “BPA Holder”) Each page of the BPA Agreement initialed Supporting documentation as listed in the Minimum Vendor Requirements attachment, including: Valid DoL registration and Wireman's license(s) Health & safety compliance documents Proof of insurance Client references and experience portfolio Rate schedule in ZAR (VAT-inclusive if applicable) All quotations must be submitted electronically to capetown_quotation@state.gov by the stated deadline.

**Applicable Regulations:** This BPA is issued under the authority of FAR Part 13.303 and DOSAR acquisition procedures. The estimated total BPA value is below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This solicitation incorporates FAR and DOSAR clauses by reference, including FAR 52.252-1.
