The contractor will repair the Freedom Hall roofs and AC duct at the Annex by applying Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) insulation and waterproof coating. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror that meets all solicitation requirements. The Government may award the contract based on initial offers without discussion. The anticipated performance period is one month from the date the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. All responsible sources may submit proposals electronically to RiyadhContracting@state.gov. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference, and the date will be included in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in SAM prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register before submitting quotations or proposals.
