The Contractor shall furnish and install all necessary materials for a total of twenty-nine (29) workstations which includes modular furniture workstations, panels, and accessories, along with other essential furniture. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit. The site visit will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 10:00 hours (all times listed are in Saudi Arabia time) at the U.S. Embassy. Prospective offerors who intend to participate in this site visit must send an email to RiyadhContracting@state.gov on or before close-of-business (17:00 hours), Sunday, May 5, 2024. Quotations are due by Thursday, May 16, 2024 (no quotations will be accepted after this time). Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
