## Description

The purpose of this amendment to make the following changes to the solicitation: To extend the proposal submission due date from Sunday, February 25, 2024, to February 29, 2024, on or before 17:00 hours (Saudi Arabian standard time). No proposal will be accepted after this time. Cover page and SF 1449 – please replace it. Section 1 -Scope of Work (SOW) revised. Please replace it. Section 4 Evaluation criteria revised. Please replace it. Attachment A, Pictures has been revised. Please replace it.
