In consideration of satisfactory performance of all scheduled services required under this contract, the Contractor shall be paid a firm fixed-price for all services. The Government intends to establish a firm fixed price contract that includes a one-year base year plus three 12-month optional periods of performance, at the discretion of the Government, resulting from this solicitation to the best qualified responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and represents the lowest price, acceptable offer from the responsible offeror to the Government per the evaluation factors established in the solicitation.
