## Description

US Embassy in Moscow, Russia needs to purchase Meals Ready to Eat with Heaters as per the requirements in the attached RFQ 19RS5024Q0040. Commercial proposals will be accepted only from companies which expressed their interest in writing in response to the presoliciation notice. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Please see the attached RFQ 19RS5024Q0040 for additional information. .
