The Contracting Officer will determine technical acceptability by ensuring that the firm is able to comply with the terms of this BPA. Responsibility will be based on requirements of FAR 9.1. Submit any questions you may have concerning the BPA notice in writing to the Contracting Officer at ManilaPurchasing@state.gov on or before 23 December 2024, no later than 2:00 p.m. Manila. The BPA posting is valid until December 26, 2024, at noon (Manila time).
