The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. This Solicitation is to provide Copier Rental Services for U. S. Embassy Manila, Philippines. This is a fixed price type contract. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with one (1) one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about mid of April 2024. The offer due date will be set forth in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
