Major duties and responsibilities are to provide year-round gardening and maintenance services comprising of maintenance and appearance of the grass, shrubbery, garden areas, trees, related landscape elements, roadways and parking facilities. There are approximately 2,000 m² of pathways for snow removal, about 12,000 m² of concrete surface for cleaning, as well as up to 10,000 m² of area for gardening. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with one one-year option period if exercised by the Government.
