The Embassy of the United States in Koror, Palau will release a solicitation for the Global System for Mobile Service (GSM). The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about the 1st week of July. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/purchase order will be a firm fixed price type of contract.
