**RFQ 19PM0724Q0085 – FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF:**

“ (1)ea SUV for the U.S. Embassy in Panama”. Interested offerors are invited to review the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document attached and follow the instructions described to participate. If there are any questions regarding this solicitation, please submit them in writing by email to:

pnmprocreq@state.gov no later than Sept. 10, 2024 03:00 P.M. [Local Time]. For an offer/proposal be considered, offerors must complete and submit the following:

Completed Local Advertisement/Solicitation document. Formal offer/proposal with Descriptive literature as part of the offer/quotation Evidence of how vehicles will be covered with warranty that is honored in the Republic of Panama, evidence that vendor is an authorized representative of the brand. Dealer must also be able to provide support for Recalls, Technical Service Bulletins or Factory Service Bulletins. Proof of SAM Registration.
