## Description

**19PM0724Q0077 – FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF:**

“SOCOM Promotional items for the U.S. Embassy in Panama”. Interested offerors are invited to review the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document attached and follow the instructions described to participate.

The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement for the purchase of SOCOM promotional items for printing of Water bottle, Coffee mug, T-Shirts, Lanyards, Soccer ball, Hats, Reusable Bags, Patches, Posters - U.S. Embassy Panama, Posters - SOF, Roll up Banner U.S. Embassy Panama, Roll up Banner SOF, Feather Banner U.S. Embassy and Stickers, as described in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7 Alt I. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

Prospective offerors shall submit evidence of their SAM registration/or evidence of a good faith effort to establish SAM registration. Evidence may include General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Service Desk (FSD) Incident Ticket number and date and/or proof of the acquisition of a UEI, documentation of communication with GSA or for SAM registration with the submittal of offer/proposal. Offers are due by Friday, September 13, 2024, 10:00am (local time). If there are any questions regarding this solicitation, please submit them in writing by email to:
