## Description

The Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) formerly known as Public Affairs Section (PAS) in Panama City has a need for a dedicated space that would allow them to take communications to the next level, particularly important now with the arrival of a very publicly engaged Ambassador, who regularly records videos and gives remarks virtually, often several times a week. Currently the section does not have a dedicated space with the appropriate lighting, nor a reliable internet connection for video production and livestreaming.
