## Description

The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement to procure Construction Materials with one complete delivery of all items 15 days post award to Meteti, Darien Province, Republic of Panama.

**FAR 52.212-1, Instruc?ons to Offerors - Commercial Items:** The Government will first consider complete offers (all line items men?oned above) and will award the lowest priced, technically acceptable complete offer.
