## Description

The U.S. EMBASSY - LIMA requires a vendor to execute a comprehensive, contractor procured floor and interior wall partition overhaul within three main Consular Access Centers / Entry Control Points (CAC-1, CAC-2, and CAC-3) at the Embassy of the United States of America in Lima, Peru. While the CACs are non-classified environments, they represent highly sensitive, primary access control points to the Embassy compound that experience constant, high volume pedestrian traffic. The existing 15 year old porcelain tile flooring is structurally compromised, exhibiting extensive cracks, dents, and surface damage that present safety, operational, and aesthetic concerns at these critical entry checkpoints.

This contract requires a qualified and vetted contractor to provide all necessary labor, tools, heavy equipment, transit logistics, and raw materials required to execute the project completely. This includes the demolition of the existing porcelain tiles, concrete subfloor grinding, structural leveling, and the sourcing and professional installation of high traffic finished products. All materials supplied by the contractor must meet or exceed the nonproprietary technical engineering metrics, acoustic thresholds, slip resistance ratings, and architectural parameters defined herein.
