## Description

The U.S. Embassy Lima requires the professional services of a qualified contractor

to renovate selected exterior architectural finishes located at the main pedestrian

entrance along Av. La Encalada and within the Embassy compound, including the

Chancery entrance and adjacent pedestrian pathways.

The purpose of this project is to improve the overall institutional appearance,

enhance pedestrian safety, and reduce long-term maintenance by replacing

deteriorated exterior finishes with durable architectural materials.
