## Description

The American Embassy in Lima Peru has a requirement for a contractor to provide Consultancy services for the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Section (INL) operation. The Embassy plans to award a purchase order submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. As per US Government regulations, to participate in this RFQ it is required that the offerors are duly registered at the (SAM) System for Award Management. If you are not registered and you want to participate, you must initiate this process at www.sam.gov.
