The existing manhole is equipped with two 2HP electric pumps that will help to quickly remove the water to the avenue. Contractor must comply with the following: Contractor must scan the affected ground area to find pipes and/or obstacles in the initial requested drainage to adjust proposal to onsite requirements. Contractor must survey the area and update the proposal according to their expertise, findings and/or suggestions. The slope of the drainage can be modified according to the needs per findings in point number 1 and 2. Contractor will be allowed to propose modifications according to their findings on points 1 and 2 and submit them to the project COR for approval.
