The Contractor shall provide the services of qualified, trained, manufacturer certified technicians to perform the required BAS PM Services. The Contractor shall also provide further evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS based on concerns and input provided to the Contractor by the Facility Manager (FM) and Facility Maintenance Staff (FMS). Anticipated performance is for one base year. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item- services, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
