The Contractor shall perform Exterior services as described in this Statement of Work. Worksites include properties on compounds, townhouses and single-family homes in Kuala Lumpur. The objective of scheduled service is to maintain a clean, presentable, functional exterior area and drainage. The period of performance shall be one (1) year after the date of Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall complete services on the schedule below. The visits must be equally spread out over the course of the period of performance. The contractor cannot combine multiple site visits into a single site visit. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be provided later on. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
