The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform maintenance at the U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo. The contract term will consist on a base year and four (4) one-year option periods from the date of the contract award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
