## Description

The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking distributors/companies that can provide an electric slab scissor lift with the following specifications: Power 24 V DC (4 x 12 V 300 Ah) Maximum working height - indoor 45 ft / 13.89 m Maximum working height - outdoor 29 ft / 9.01 m Lift capacity 770 lb / 350 kg Lift capacity - extension deck extended 250 lb / 113 kg Maximum platform drive height 39 ft 2 in / 11.94 m Sound pressure level (ground and platform workstation) < 70 dBA Must include side forklift pockets and basket extension.

One-day on-site training (5-6 hours) at the Consulate compound for up to 8 participants, covering the correct and safe use of the equipment. Training must include certification DC3 (Mexico) or equivalent U.S. certification.

**Delivery:** For Mexican vendors: Delivery to the US Consulate in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. For U.S. or other international vendors: If possible, delivery should be made directly to Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico and the bid shall be inclusive of all transportation and customs fees. If delivery can only be made within the U.S., the delivery point shall be Brownsville, TX.

For evaluation purposes, the Government will internally add the estimated transportation and customs costs from the U.S. to Mexico to the bid to determine the LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable) proposal. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. The resulting contract will be an award with firm-fixed rates.

All companies must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration prior to the award, pursuant to FAR provision 4.1102 policy. Proposals, along with the technical data sheet and proof of registration in SAM, must be submitted to the Hermosillo Procurement Team at hermogsocontracts@state.gov no later than August 19, 2025.
