The objective of the project is to eliminate obsolete, unsupported HVAC equipment and install modern, state-of-the-art systems that improve energy efficiency, operational reliability, enviromental compliance and long-term servieability. The Government is planning a Site Visit, the date and location for this visit will be stated in the solicitation once its launched. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
