The United States Embassy in Mexico (Embassy) requires a Motor Vehicle Dealer to supply a 2025 SUV AWD, Intermediate Size, Four Doors, Five Passengers, Minimum GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) 5500 lbs. to be delivered in Tapachula, Chiapas or in Mexico City. All responsible sources may submit a proposal as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price Purchase Order. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given.
